Jenny spent the first fifteen years of her career in legal administration and human resources. Her experience ranges from supporting large firms with international offices and hundreds of attorneys to building HR departments from the ground up in a startup and mid-sized firms.
Jenny’s capabilities include everything from operational execution of human resources functions to directing and implementing large-scale initiatives. Her expertise and passion is perfecting the employee experience and driving retention through building a positive culture.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in English and Human Resources Management and a SCP certification through SHRM.
Gabriela Enache
Gabriela has a background that combines human resources and technology. She has extensive experience in developing and leading functional HR departments for international companies as well as a background in website development, SEO marketing, and data gathering and analysis.
When her skillsets are used in tandem, Gabriela can create operational automations that streamline business functions and utilize data sets to provide insight and support business strategy.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Communications and is completing a Master’s degree in Business Management.
